today is get-up-from-the-couch-and-clean-the-house-friday. this house needs it for sure. the sun is shining and reveals all the dusty surfaces in here. i'm trying to make it into a game. for every room i do, i get to take a photo of it. we're actually all in a rearranging for the better period at the moment. we're taking down winter curtains to let some more light in, painting the walls and building a little sleeping nook for Evald inspired by tree houses like these. can't wait to show you. we're also doing some cleaning here on the blog. you might have noticed that we have removed the list of categories. that's only temporary. very soon we'll be back with small changes for an easier navigation for you who step by. feels good all of it. and! it's friday!
top photo: we got a surprise in the mail the other day. and what a nice one. among the regular bills and newspapers was a neatly decorated parcel filled with small gifts for everyone of us. thank you so much, Cristina! this lady was the first one ever to comment on our, back then, new born blog. if we ever go to Paris, we know we have a friend there. makes me smile.

ReplyDeletePS did the cookies arrive in one piece? I thought it was cool to include some but feared they would arrive all shattered...
the cookies got eaten straight away and two little boys were very happy about the after school snack that came with the mail. they didn't mind that they broke on their way to norway. we have seen on your blog how they were supposed to look. :-) thank you so much it was really sweet of you!!
