we want to move to copenhagen. this city has it all. cooking here is like cooking in heaven as you can get everything you need and organic too. we have been frequent guests at torvehallerne, where you get the best veggies, but also all sorts of special ingredients. we are staying at our friend Sisse's place, and tomorrow we'll give you a tour of her vesterbro apartment. today we are going to louisiana to see Yoko Ono's retrospective. if you want to see more city pics you can head over to finurlig, where Inger Marie is sharing some extra photos from the guest post she did for us.

third picture: yesterday we biked around in sydhavn which is the working class area of copenhagen and my favorite place with all it's contrasts between nature and industry.

  3. Torvehallerne er en skattekiste! Det er så skønt, vi endelig har fået dem :) Og Sydhavn er stadig ukendt land for mig - det må jeg udforske!

    1. jaaa, vi kan bruge hele dagen der. sydhavn derimot er ikke akkurat et shoppingmekka, men har et historisk sus av et annet københavn enn det vi kender. det nye korallbadet er et hyggelig havnebad uden så alt for mange mennesker. og sykkelturen rundt kolonihavene ved valbyparken er og rigtig hyggelig. sydhavn gør sig dog best i solskinnsvær :-).

    1. sure! we could give you loads of tips. this summer we spent one night at hotel guldsmeden : http://www.hotelguldsmeden.dk/carlton/. it's not so expensive, but still very charming. and the staff there is so sweet and helpful. if you are going sometime be sure to let us know, and we will write a list of suggestions for you :-)
