i'm adjusting to vacation cooking. and our summer meals shouldn't be to demanding or time consuming as i want to spend time with my family, the plants and maybe even get to read a bit. who wanna stay inside, in the kitchen, when it finally is nice and warm outside? not us. in the summertime you actually can get away with just serving sandwiches and salads. also quick and fresh pasta dishes, steamed vegetables and maybe some quiche will be on our menu the next weeks to come. and yes! let's have loads and loads of sangria!
